It’s the realization of our dream—a charming stone house with a flourishing garden full of fruit trees, vegetables, and the gentle sound of a river flowing right through it. This unique setting offers more than just a scenic escape; it’s a space where we love to welcome guests and create meaningful, local experiences. From intimate food events to the warm, personal atmosphere of our home, we’re passionate about sharing the beauty and simplicity of life here with others.

With over a decade of experience in professional kitchens and catering events, working in restaurants alongside some of the most respected chefs in the industry I developed a deep love for cooking and hosting and together with Daniel we’ve finally found the perfect place to bring our vision to life — a space where food, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality come together. Here, we cook and host the way we love: with warmth, creativity, and attention to every detail.

'm Daniel—a trained pastry chef with roots in the kitchens of Paris, where I studied at Le Cordon Bleu. Alongside my love for the culinary arts, I'm also a professional food photographer, always chasing the perfect light and the beauty of a well-crafted dish. My passion for food, hosting, and a slower, more connected way of living brought me to the Douro Valley, where I now call home. Living close to nature, growing my own ingredients, and welcoming others into this space allows me to live and share the lifestyle I’ve always dreamed of.
